Anthony and Abby Reimer are second generation farmers raising chickens in central Alberta. We feel incredibly blessed to be able to live on our family farm in this beautiful area and to grow the very best birds we can.

As Canadian farmers, we follow all of the guidelines and standards for the humane and ethical treatment of animals as set out by the Chicken Farmers of Canada. That means no hormones or steroids, no unnecessary medications, no cages. Our birds are fed a carefully managed and balanced diet—including fresh wheat from many of our neighbouring farms.

At Battle River Broilers our goal is to grow the happiest, healthiest chickens we can so that you can feel confident that you are feeding your family the best.
